These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of internet leased line, corporate broadband, managed Wi-Fi, SD-WAN and related connectivity services (the "Services") by Navneet Communication Service ("Navneet," "we," "us") to business customers ("Customer," "you"). By signing a service order, requesting a quote, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services are provided on a business (B2B) basis
Navneet's Services are designed and priced for commercial, industrial and institutional customers -- offices, manufacturing plants, warehouses, financial and legal firms, and similar organizations. They are not intended for personal, household or residential use.
2. Service activation & feasibility
All new connections are subject to a technical feasibility survey of the customer site. Estimated activation timelines communicated during sales discussions (including any turnaround figures published on this website) are good-faith estimates based on typical deployments and are not a guaranteed delivery date unless stated in a signed service order.
3. Billing & payment
Charges, billing cycle, and payment terms are set out in the customer's individual service order or contract. Late payment may result in service suspension after reasonable notice. Taxes are additional unless stated otherwise.
4. Customer obligations
- Provide accurate site, contact and billing information.
- Provide safe, reasonable access to install and maintain equipment on your premises.
- Use the Services in compliance with applicable Indian law, and not for unlawful, abusive, or network-damaging activity.
- Keep any customer-side equipment (routers, firewalls, internal cabling) in good working order, where that equipment is outside Navneet's managed scope.
5. Service Level Agreement
Uptime commitments, Mean Time to Restore (MTTR) targets, service credits, and exclusions are set out separately in our SLA Disclosures, which form part of these Terms for any service tier that references a contractual SLA.
6. Suspension & termination
Navneet may suspend Services for non-payment, misuse, or a genuine network-security threat, with notice where reasonably possible. Either party may terminate under the notice period and terms specified in the signed service order.
7. Limitation of liability
Except where limited by law, Navneet's liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the fees paid for the affected Service in the preceding three months. Navneet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption, except to the extent expressly covered by a signed SLA's service-credit terms.
8. Intellectual property
All Navneet branding, network design documentation, and website content remain the property of Navneet Communication Service and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mehsana, Gujarat, unless a signed service order specifies otherwise.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting an active contract will be communicated directly to the customer.
